The Venezuelan Armed Forces (FANB) is currently facing a crisis of unprecedented proportions. The infiltration of drug trafficking, the concealment of information, the inexplicable death of a military officer in the gold zone, and the breakdown of the institution’s pillars reveal the severity of the situation. The urgency to recruit as many personnel as possible has led to the minimization of the institution’s excellence filters, resulting in the deterioration of the FANB.
